Panda Fizz:

  • 2 G - Black Lava Salt
  • 1/2 OZ - Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 OZ - Pandan Syrup
  • 1 OZ - Calpico Concentrate
  • 1/2 OZ - Pear Brandy 1 1/4 OZ - Vodka (Haku)
  • 1 OZ - Club Soda

STEP-BY-STEP:
Coat one part of the tiki mug rim with black lava salt by rubbing a lemon to help salt stick, and leave in the fridge to chill. Grab a shaker tin, and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Add pandan syrup, calpico concentrate, pear brandy, vodka, and ice. Seal and shake. Grab chilled tiki mug from fridge, add ice, and double strain. Top off with club soda, and stir to mix.
