Vampire Kiss

Make sure your party doesn't suck with the crowd pleasing Vampire Kiss Martini! Have your guests sink their teeth into this delicious cocktail's "blood rim" followed by the sweet flavors of black raspberry liqueur and celebratory champagne. Trust me, with this delectable martini, your efforts will not be in vein.

Vampire Kiss:

 

  • 2 1/2 oz Premium Vodka, Chilled
  • 1 1/2 oz Champagne
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • Red rimming Sugar
  • Raspberry Dessert Syrup
  • Vampires... (Optional)

 

HOW TO:

Rim a chilled cocktail (martini) glass with red sugar or design a "blood drip" with raspberry syrup. Use a jigger to measure the vodka and then the Black Raspberry Liqueur. Pour the vodka and half of Black Raspberry Liqueur into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice, shake vigorously, then strain into the glass. Gently float the Champagne on top wihtout mixing, and then pour the remaining Black Raspberry Liqueur over the back of a spoon to make it float.
