Perfect for this time of year! Not only is one of our favorite Green themed drinking holidays right around the corner… But also girl scouts throughout the U.S. are pushing those addictive cookies everywhere you turn. An easy to make and outrageously delicious desert cocktail:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Rumplemintz (aka. Peppermint Schnapps)
A splash of Creme de Menthe (Dark)
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
6 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies
Instructions:
1. Fill a blender with Ice (double the recipe above for a full blender). Combine all the ingredients and blend. We added a little green food coloring in order to brighten the color of it.
2. Once completely blended, pour into glassware, garnish with whip cream and a dash of Creme de Menthe on top. Then shave some Thin Mint cookies over top as well.
And that is it. It is so simple but extremely tasty!
