Here's a great twist on a classic that delivers a surprisingly fresh taste you'll want again and again. One of our employees "discovered" this recipe when he ran out of the traditional ingredients for a Whiskey Sour... and hasn't shut up about it. There are many variations out there for the Maple Sour (and Canadian Sour), so feel free experiment and share your successes with us!
Midnight Blue Job:
Pour Champange into flute (we suggest plastic for holiday parties). Leave about 1 inch of space to add the other ingredients. Add Blue Curacao and fresh squeezed orange juice. Give cocktail a slight stir to distribute the blue color throughout. Cut Orange peel into strips and curl into twists for garnish.
