Get in a Summer state of mind with the Mermaid Lemonade Cocktail! This refreshing drink will easily become a Summer favorite and a great drink to enjoy poolside or as you lounge on the beach. Get creative! Switch out the rum for vodka or even coconut rum. Yum! Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- Lemonade
- Ice
- Lemon for garnish
How to:
- Fill your desired cocktail glass with ice
- Add a bit of Blue Curacao and let it sink to the bottom.
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice, rum, blue curacao, and lemonade. Should be a pretty blue/green color. If too blue, add more lemonade.
- Shake and pour over slowly over ice in the glass. The bottom should be slightly darker blue.
- Garnish with lemon wedge
- Enjoy!
