Here's a great twist on a classic that delivers a surprisingly fresh taste you'll want again and again. One of our employees "discovered" this recipe when he ran out of the traditional ingredients for a Whiskey Sour... and hasn't shut up about it. There are many variations out there for the Maple Sour (and Canadian Sour), so feel free experiment and share your successes with us!
Maple Lime Sour:
Use real maple syrup! Simply combine ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain over ice in a Rocks / Old Fashioned Glass. Stirring ingredients directly in the glass works well, too. Garnish with lime or cherry... Or garnish with bacon, and then you've got breakfast!
