Most saketini recipes are basically replacing vermouth with sake, and using it to taste. The results are surprisingly delicious with a very distinct flavor. This recipe adds a bit of citrus. Just enough added will round out the drink with a fruity edge.
- 2 Parts Vodka (or Gin)
- 1 part Sake (Saki)
- Garnish: lemon twist
Mix Vodka (or Gin), Sake, and squeeze of fresh lemon (about 1/8th per serving) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain in cocktail (martini) glass and serve with a twist. Enjoy!
