HUMUHUMUNUKUNUKUAPUA'A is a little different then your standard tiki cocktail as it is made with Gin instead of Rum. It is a light and refreshing blend that is perfect for any hot summer day. Mix one up and grab a beach chair! Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz orgeat
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Garnish: an lemon slice or pineapple
- Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and chill
- Strain and pour into tiki glass that is filled with crushed ice cubes
- Garnish with Lemon or Pineapple wedge or tropical fruit of your choice
- Serve and Enjoy!
