Created by Count Camillo Negroni and bartender Fosco Scarselli in Italy in 1919, the contrasting flavors of the spirit, bitters, and vermouth combine perfectly for something totally refreshing and quite sophisticated. Ingredients:
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Combine all liquids in cocktail shaker with ice and chill
- Serve on the Rocks with an Orange Peel for Garnish
- Enjoy!
