Bar Rescue - Spoiled Brat Party (S4, E9)

NICK’S HOUSE (Y-NOT III) – MILWAUKEE, WI

In this episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and his crew are in Milwaukee, WI to rescue the Y-Not III bar (Owned by Nick DePalma). Nick is the third generation to own a bar business under his family's brand. When he graduated from college, his father gave him a key to Y-Not III, hoping that he would take to the bar business like his sister did. But Nick was lacking the skills to run the bar and he knew that he was running the bar below the standards that his father and sister would, but he does it anyway. Y-Not III quickly turned into the black sheep of the Y-Not family brand. Nick has owned his bar for over 9 years, not once turning a profit.

By the end of the episode, Jon Taffer and his team of experts turned Y-Not III into a 1970's-themed bar called "Nick's House" Taffer also brought in the 2014 national Speed Rack champion and master mixology expert Mia Mastroianni to help train the staff behind the bar. Mia also created two new cocktails for the menu. The first drink, the “Mint Collins” is served in our BarConic® 8.5 Ounce Monument™ Highball Glass and the second drink, called “Creamsicle” is served in our BarConic® 8 ounce Texan™ Rocks Glass.
