In 2003, the twin brothers Erik and Steve Lachow wanted to follow their father’s footstep and decided to gambol their lucks and investments by owning the bar. At the beginning the business was doing well and they have a lot of customers that coming to their bar. Until 2009, when the louder biker club took over the Rhythm & Brews and make it as their head quarter and causing the bar’s image to suffer and forcing the young local customers out and leaving Rhythm & Brews in the dark.
In this episode, John Taffer and his crew have successfully transformed the The Rhythm & Brews into a totally opposite from low scale, cheap concept bar to up-scale bar and rename this bar from “Rhythm & Brews” to “5th & Vine”.
