Cucumber Melon Cooler
Ingredients:
4 Slices Cucumber
2 Slices Honeydew Melon
1/2 Lime or 1 Key Lime, Sliced
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 oz. Vodka
Club Soda
Prep:
1. In a cocktail shaker, add cucumber, melon, lime, and sugar.
2. Muddle until all of the juices are released.
3. Add Ice and Vodka to the shaker.
4. Shake vigorously until full chilled.
5. Double strain (conical strainer recommended) into glass over ice.
6. Top with club soda and garnish with cucumber.
