Still have not received my order

I cannot leave a review other than the fact that it has been over a month and I still have not received my order. I have contacted both the Canadian shipping partner and USPS and both have not been able to locate the package. (USPS says they still never received the package from Chitchat) I have emailed Opawz and am awaiting a reply so hopefully someone can sort this out as I don’t really want a refund, I just really want the product I ordered.

Wonderful 🐾

My dog is short-haired and it worked perfectly. It lasted a bit less than "20 washes" but we did swim a lot causing it to fade out. But even after a few bathes and a lot of swims it's still pretty orange!
