Y-Peeler - Citrus Peeler / Zester

You may think that this peeler was designed for peeling potatoes... and you would be correct! But since the marriage of the kitchen and the bar, it's also a wonderful tool to peel off wide citrus zests for cocktails. Wider zests mean more flavorful citrus oil can be added to a cocktail. It's your choice to flame the oils being released or not. You can also make long and wide spirals for a Crusta or peel the entire fruit into a spiral to make a Horse's Neck. The blade is sharp and the contoured handle is made of die-cast zinc alloy then chrome plated. It's 6" and dishwasher safe.
